Petra Kvitova Captures Wimbledon Title

[CHICAGO] –In her first Grand Slam final, playing with her Wilson Tour BLX tennis racquet, Petra Kvitova proved that she is the Wimbledon champion against Maria Sharapova.

Known as a heavy hitter, Kvitova used her big serve to take the title in 2 sets. Kvitova kept Sharapova running with 18 winners and broke her serve in the opening game of the second set. Kvitova was simply relentless as she took the final point of the championship match with a definitive ace and won 6-3, 6-4.
